There is crime because of people like him and you who has such mindset.. jisko jo karna hai woh karega.. its a right given by constitution... its your life and you have right to do anything withing the boundary of law. Who are you to justify a murder.

As a citizen your only duty is to abide by law and vote for the correct officials, so the positive changes can b done for the nation. Law is not made just googling and seeing what other nations has used and then copy paste....or change as it suits one person.... haha..
